Bed & Board

Surf Zone has 4 rooms available - a mix of double rooms, twin rooms and a dorm room. Each room shares a bathroom with only one other room. A tasty breakfast is included and other delicious meals are available at reasonable prices. We can help you organize surf lessons, board hire, transport to more advanced breaks and other activities (such as horse riding, zip-line canopy tours or sailing trips).

Private rooms cost $45 per room per night based on 2 sharing. Private rooms with a balcony cost $55 per room per night based on 2 sharing. Beds cost $20 per person per night. All prices include breakfast but exclude 15% tax. Additional occupancy in private rooms costs $20 per person. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to guarantee a reservation (50% during Peak Season). During the Peak Season (26 December - 03 January & 27 March - 10 April): Rooms cost $90 / $110 and beds cost $40.

Surf Camp

Our Surf Camp Packages are normally for 7 days, but we will can develop a tailored camp for a minimum of 2 people.

Surf Camps are all-inclusive: Accommodation at Surf Zone Delicious food - Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily Lessons and guidance from an experienced instructor Transportation to and from breaks (including at least 1 boat trip) Equipment provision (board, leash, rash vest, wax) Chilling out watching surf videos in paradise

Beginner surfers will be introduced to the basics of surfing including surf safety, be provided with a tailored timetable of lessons and have plenty of time to practice.

Experienced surfers will be taken to some of the best breaks Nicaragua has to offer by an experienced guide.

Venue Rental

Renting Surf Zone for a few days, a week, or longer, with a group of friends or family could make for the most incredible vacation of your life! With a maximum capacity of 12, an enviable location close to one of the best surfing beaches in Central America and an incredible array of facilities, Surf Zone is the perfect place to spend your vacation! Renting Surf Zone costs $200 per night. This price includes breakfast but excludes 15% tax. Lunch, dinner, drinks and activities are additional but are available at reasonable prices. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee a reservation. During the Peak Season (26 December - 03 January & 27 March - 10 April): Venue rental costs $400 per night.
